WHAT IS SUMMAXIS TOOLS?
SummAxis Tools provides additional functionality in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel that enables you to create documents or amend existing ones stored in SummAxis, while keeping the pre-approved design intact.
Via a bespoke ribbon with customised functions, the desktop-based toolset
allow you to insert custom charts and diagrams, embed landscape content into a portrait document (and vice versa), and interchange A4 and US Letter sizes, all without affecting the formatting – and just with a simple click.
WHY CHOOSE SUMMAXIS TOOLS?
SummAxis gives you brand consistency by holding approved templates and content. SummAxis Tools takes that one step further by enabling you to tailor those documents to your exact needs, while keeping them perfectly on brand
SummAxis Tools provides valuable industry-specific functionality in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel that’s not available with the standard packages; for example, an extended colour range that allows you to fix your corporate palette, images
automatically optimised to keep file sizes low, and an automated table of contents for PowerPoint presentations.
Reformatting a document to accommodate a new chart or market expectation is both time consuming and
frustrating. SummAxis Tools reformats your document in seconds, removing that frustration in parallel.
